This Agreement may be updated by the hosting provider from time to time without notice. Your continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes to this Agreement.
Services and Usage
The hosting provider will provide the Services (defined as the hosting environment, support, and management of your WordPress website) to you.
You will be responsible for providing your own content and ensuring that it complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
You will not use the Services for any unlawful or abusive purposes, including but not limited to spamming, hacking, or distributing malware.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of all intellectual property rights in your content.
The hosting provider may use your content to improve and develop the Services, provided that they do not disclose your confidential information.
Payments and Billing
You will be charged a fee for the Services according to the pricing plan you have selected.
Payments are due on a recurring basis, and your account will be automatically renewed until you cancel the Services.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information up to date and for any charges incurred by your account.
Support and Warranty
The hosting provider will provide support and maintenance for your website, including updates and backups.
The hosting provider does not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and they are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the Services.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, without cause, upon written notice to the other party.
Termination of this Agreement will not relieve either party of any obligations incurred prior to termination.
Dispute Resolution
This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state/province where the hosting provider is located.
Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved through arbitration, in accordance with the rules of a recognized arbitration institution.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, understandings, and agreements.
This Agreement may not be amended except by a written instrument executed by both parties.
Miscellaneous
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
The parties agree to keep confidential all confidential information disclosed to each other under this Agreement.
This Agreement will inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the parties and their respective successors and assigns.
